Pastor Paul met his wife, Kathy, while in high school at a Christian camp in South Jersey. She has become his loving and loyal partner in ministry for 47 years. They are blessed with 3 beautiful children who are all serving the Lord today with their spouses and 6 grandchildren.
Paul Spuler, Senior Pastor
After graduating high school, Pastor Paul attended Northeast Bible College in response to the call of God on his life to be in full time ministry. He was honored to be his graduating class speaker. During his senior year, he was called to serve his first pastorate in Philadelphia. He also pastored two churches before responding to a call to marketplace ministries; where he served as Vice President of Spiritual Life for CARDONE Industries for 26 years before coming to HSWC in 2010. Pastor Paul’s ministry is modeled around the Acts 6:4 mandate.
He deeply believes that God’s work can only be done in God’s way and the New Testament church of the 21st century can only be built on prayer and the Word; not through marketing schemes, popular programs or other gimmickry. He is also deeply committed in his belief that the preeminent work of the church is to be a House of Prayer and his passion is to see HighStreet Worship Center become a praying church and not just a church that prays.
Kathy was born and raised in a pastor’s home. Her dad, Rev. John J. Pagano, pastored churches in upstate New York and in New Jersey. Because of growing up in a parsonage, many facets of the ministry come as second nature to her.
While she serves in many capacities, her real passion is to counsel and help people come into the fullness of all that God has purposed for their lives. Her greatest sorrow is to see people live an unfulfilled and unhappy life because of what “people, places and things” have done to them in their past. She firmly believes that Jesus came not only to save us from our sin, but also to deliver us from our past with all its dysfunction and baggage. Her greatest joy is witnessing inner healing and God’s transforming power at work.
MEET THE STAFF
Kathy enjoys co-pastoring with her husband and uses her gifts in every way possible to build the Kingdom and strengthen the ministry at HighStreet Worship Center. In addition to being Pastor of Administration, as an interior decorator by vocation, she enjoys any opportunity to space plan and decorate. In the corporate world, Kathy was responsible for event planning, and she thoroughly enjoys orchestrating all social activities of our church as well.
Kathy is the proud “Nona” of 6 wonderful grandchildren. They are the joy and delight of her heart and she relishes pouring lots of love into their lives.

Media Ministry Director
Hello, I am Javier. My wife, Irma, and two children are residents of Burlington. I have known the Lord Jesus Christ from an early age however, like many, backslid for many years. But by the the Grace of GOD the prodigal son has returned and now I serve the Lord with a grateful and willing heart. 1 John 1:9 says," But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness " (NKJV)
Come, get to know us here at HighStreet Worship Center. We are a loving Christian fellowship encountering GOD's love and experiencing the Father's embrace.
Connie grew up in Kutztown, PA. God redeemed her abusive childhood by calling her into Children’s Ministry where her heart was to impact and make a difference in the lives of children. She served in this area for over 25 years; 12 of those years as a full time licensed Children’s Pastor.
Connie is a certified Biblical Counselor and loves to help woman, teens and children get to the root of their heart issues so they can move forward into a joy-filled life. She is an avid reader and has a passion for writing. She has written and published a children’s 30 day devotional on the Fruit of the Spirit and a book for pre-teens called, Hope Quest. Connie, a prize winning cook, has published a cookbook to raise money for missions.

They have a shared passion is to make young people feel especially loved and to come to understand God's unique purpose and plan for their lives. HighStreet Worship Center is blessed to have this dedicated couple serving together!
I asked the Lord one day how I could serve Him more effectively in my community. His answer was to start a Visitation Ministry to the sick and shut-ins who could not get to church due to illness. I love reading God’s Word to them, praying with them and serving them Communion. I count it a blessing to serve our Lord and HighStreet Worship Center in this way.
